One of the unique and fascinating features about fishing in the waters off the Panhandle of Florida near Panama City and Destin are artificial reefs. Bay County fishermen and divers enjoy a bounty of great artificial fishing reefs sponsored by the Bay County Commission in partner with The Florida Fish and Wildlife Commision, The Army Corps of Engineers, dive clubs and individuals.
